Daily Dedication for One Peaceful World
When we eat, let us reflect that we have come from food, which has come from nature by the order of the infinite universe, and let us be grateful for all that we have been given.
When we meet people, let us see them as brothers and sisters and remember that we have all come from the infinite universe through our parents and ancestors, and let us pray as One with all of humanity for universal love and peace on earth.
When we see the sun and moon, the sky and stars, mountains and rivers, seas and forests, fields and valleys, birds and animals, and all the wonders of nature, let us remember that we have come with them all from the infinite universe. Let us be thankful for our environment on earth and live in harmony with all that surrounds us.
When we see farms and villages, towns and cities, arts and cultures, societies and civilizations, and all the works of humanity, let us recall that our creativity has come from the infinite universe, and has passed from generation to generation and spread over the entire earth. Let us be grateful for our birth on this planet with intelligence and wisdom and let us vow with all to realize endlessly our eternal dream of One Peaceful World through health, freedom,
love, and justice.

From God or the divine source, this food has come to us,
By this food, we realize ourselves on this planet,
To this food we are grateful,
For nature and people who have brought this food, we are thankful,
This food becomes us.
By eating together, we become one family on this planet,
Through this food, we all are one.
Let us love each other in this life,
Let us realize our endless dream.

Visualization for Healing Planet Earth
Sit quietly in any comfortable position and hold your hands on your lap or in the prayer position with palms touching. Stabilize your breathing.
Visualize the Earth as a bright tiny ball in the vastness of space.
Visualize that blue-green ball temporarily covered with a heavy, dark aura. Visualize the way of life and health spreading from kitchen to kitchen, home to home, family to family, beginning with you.
Visualize people gradually recovering their health as they eat and live in a more natural direction.
Visualize more and more of the land devoted to growing grains and vegetables and less and less to raising cattle and other livestock.
Visualize the rivers and streams becoming cleaner and cleaner as natural farming and organic gardening spread.
Visualize the air becoming purer and purer as less industrial pollutants and artificial electromagnetic energy from computers, cell phones, and other digital devices are released into the atmosphere.
Visualize the plants and animals thriving and returning to forests and woodlands, oceans and lakes.
Visualize human beings living peacefully on the planet, with no more war, crime, or violence; no more cancer, heart disease, or major sickness; no more poverty and suffering; no more sexual or gender prejudice and discrimination; and no more injustice of any other kind.
Visualize people of all colors, sexes, ages, and backgrounds living harmoniously in a world of enduring peace, playing from morning till night, traveling freely, and respecting each other’s customs, traditions, and ways of life.
Visualize the stagnated energy of the Earth from sickness, crime, war, climate change, and other sources melting into the general circulation of the energy as a whole. Visualize the Earth becoming lighter and more energized.
Visualize the dark aura of global warming around the Earth gradually dissolving, the temperature declining, and the Earth’s aura—the ozone layer, Van Allen belt, aurora borealis—becoming brighter and brighter, lighter and lighter.
Visualize the Earth as a tiny ball in outer space surrounded by a radiant halo of energy spiraling through the Milky Way.
Visualize yourself as being at one with the Earth and all of life. Hold this image for a few moments, let it subside naturally, and allow your consciousness to return to normal.
