Founder of PlanetAry Health

Alex is a renowned macrobiotic author, teacher and counselor, former director of Kushi Institute in Becket and president of Planetary Health, a non-profit macrobiotic educational organization. He co-wrote The Macrobiotic Path to Total Health, Book of Macrobiotics, and many other books on diet, health, and the environment with Michio Kushi. He worked closely with Michio and Aveline Kushi and is currently writing a multivolume series Spiral of History.

Danka is a macrobiotic teacher and counselor from Slovakia. Growing up in a macrobiotic family, she has been immersed in macrobiotics from early childhood. 

Now, she leads her own macrobiotic and 9 Star Ki courses, organizes macrobiotic conferences and free events, collects macrobiotic recovery stories, and takes care of other Planetary Health’s activities.

Yes, all the lectures, panel discussions and Open Forum will be recorded, and you can watch them again anytime at your convenience. The only parts that are not recorded are the open and private discussion sessions to ensure the privacy of the participants and create a safe atmosphere for mutual sharing.

Can I pay by check?
