“Yet another excellent Macrobiotic conference put on by Planetary Health. I enjoyed the wide variety of lecture topics, truly giving a wide view of life, as well as the excellent panels and discussion on health-related topics. I was able to submit some question and got answers from different senior teachers on the topic which was very helpful. The conference also had a stellar line-up of Macro-chefs and cooking demonstrations.”
